if you don't want spoilers don't scroll down. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . first stewie kills Lois and then it doubles up with the 101th episode where Lois comes back from the dead and trys to kill stewie then stewie becomes the ruler of the world and then Lois goes all sexy commando and has a f*****g awsome fight with stewie ending up kicking the s**t out of him then it turns out it was all imagination and stewie says "if that's what happens if i were to kill Lois then i better not" and then credits roll
No, at least not yet. He decided after his virtual simulation that he wasn't yet ready to take over the world or kill Lois.
The story she told was that when she was shot by Stewie and went overboard, a merman came and saved her underwater and brought her to shore, and she found her way back to Quahog from there. - Also it should be noted that the entire scenario was just a simulation so she didn't really get shot so how she 'survived' is a moot point. Of course, if the simulation was to test Stewie to see if he could kill Lois and take over the world, one could question why he would program it for her to survive but that's putting too much logic into a cartoon.
The running gag of Stewie hating Lois has lessened over the seasons, but at the start of the series, he felt she stood in his way of world domination.Stewie's obsession with matricide is only brought up briefly a few times in the series mainly because Stewie feels as if Lois has been impeding his plans for world domination.
No, Brian did indeed kill the evil sadistic clone but the 'Thriller' inspired ending was to indicate that there is still a little bit of evil in Stewie and he hasn't gone soft.
