The steryotype of an Electric Guitar is a fender strat. The most famous and used guitar in the world. MILLION OF PEOPLE USE FENDER!!!
Early years 1950s played fender strat style, later clips 1960s seems play like Gibson 335 style semi hollow body.
Frank Zappa mainly used a Gibson SG (often a red one), or a least was famous for his SG playing, he did use multiple guitars, example: in the Video version of "does Humour belong in Music" he (and occasionally Ike Willis) used a fender telecaster, however in "the Torture Never stops" video he used a les Paul, and again has a les Paul on the cover for "shut up and play yer guitar" (the box set edition with all three shut up and play yer guitars, not the single album).
The Jonas Brothers use Gibson Guitars
Caparison. Check it at http://www.guitarmessenger.com/sites/interviews/12-AdamD/1.HTML on the question "IC: What kinds of guitars, amps, mics, etc. did you use to make the new record?". They are a small Japanese company that handmakes all their guitars.

Most experienced people would say Cort. Though, asking that question would be like trying to find a difference between a schooner and a pirate's ship because, about 50% of guitars are manufactured in Cort's factories. The difference is that Cort guitars are made with 100% hand selected quality tone wood, and Fenders are made with cheaper, lower quality wood. Essentially, Fender could care less if there guitars were badly made. To make up for their sloppy work, Fender pays artists to use their guitars under contract. Unfortunately, this has caused many people to be "brainwashed" into thinking that Fender is a higher quality. This happens commonly to inexperienced people like, bloggers, amateurs, children and, teens. If you are looking into buying a guitar, don't get a Fender and go with a smarter choice like, Cort.
Branco uses a fender bullet and Chris a fender telecaster. They also record with a rickenbacker... but it's really not the main guitare. BULLET 81 TELECASTER
Fender Telecasters. Although certain parts of the guitars i.e. the bridges are actually Gibson.
He mainly plays Yamaha BB-series bass guitars but has also played Fender and Zon basses.
Jesse Played "BC Rich" guitars(Mostly electrics) almost exclusively, but there was at least one Fender acoustic guitar that both he and the character, Danny Tanner, played on a couple episodes.

Well, that depends on which game it is. Guitar Hero I and II can only use two guitars. Guitar Hero 3 can use two guitars, but Guitar Hero: World Tour can use a whole band set of two guitars, a microphone and a drum set. Though it is rumored you can use up to 3 guitars in Guitar Hero 5. Even still, the majority of these games limit it to two guitars.
Well, Josh [Paramore's lead guitarist] usually plays a Fender Telecaster '72 whilst on stage, and on some recordings, that would be the best guitar to play with.
