The pitch of your voice depends on how fast your vocal chords vibrate. The faster they vibrate, the higher the pitch. When you sing you use your muscles to force them closer together causing them to vibrate faster. When you are sick, your lymph nodes swell causing them to get closer and vibrate faster producing a higher sound.
Because it was made that way by author of Naruto. There isn't any specific reason.
Higher VocalsConsult a voice teacher. They will give you breathing and singing exercises. If your voice is capable of increasing its range, these will do it, although it will take time and practice. I suggest you to be careful tough. Why would you want a higher range? Are you a mezzo-soprano and due to the limited amount of songs written for the range ,want to go "higher"??Even experienced teachers can ,indeed ,increase the range of your voice and make it go "higher" YET it is EXTREMELY easy to "break you voice". Indeed you will sing in higher pitch ,but your vocal chords will be permanantly damaged and your natural speaking voice is then completely altered. In some rare cases ,it is possible to go back to your natural voice ,but in 90% of the cases ,the damage is permanant. Needless to say your singing ability is also completely ruined. Also practice your "lateral" breathing. That allows you to sing with your "head voice" and then go higher very easily without any strain.
It depends on how cold it is and how long you are exposed to the cold. The first noticeable effect will be that your hand get cold.
All 3 of the boys in the trio have their strengths. Gianluca is a crooner with a voice as smooth as silk, he typically starts the songs because he is a baritone and he builds the song up to the refrain. Gianluca can be compared to Michael Buble, Dean Martin etc. Piero has a very strong voice and an amazing ability to hold a note forever. Piero has the most operatic voice of the 3 when he's in his high range, but when he sings in a lower voice it is so beautiful. I wish he sang in a lower register more, he shows great emotion and vulnerability when he does. Ignazio is amazing! He has this beautiful tenor voice and it is so crystal clear it reminds me of a refreshing glass of ice cold water. The range in his voice is amazing also, he must be able to sing 3 or 4 octaves. Ignazio also sings with the most emotion in his voice. I love when he sings in Spanish, it is so smooth and romantic. For me, Ignazio is the best singer in the trio, but Il Volo fans tend to be territorial and all of us have our favorite of the 3. The most beautiful sound you will ever hear is all 3 boys harmonizing while singing a capella. They don't need instruments, all they need is each other.
cold cold night

Our organs for the voice are vocal cords, nasal cavities, lips and tongue. When we are suffering from a bad cold, these organs change in shape and size. Their functions are distorted so they give us changes in our voice.
