∙ 13y agoPresident Coronialus Snow is the president of Panem. He is described as short with white hair and reeks of blood and perfume. He created the Hunger Games as punishment for the 13 district for rebeling. In Mockingjay, he dies when he either dies laughing or gets trampled upon.
