Okay this doesn't really answer the question, but I've been wanting to tell somebody this 4 a LONG time. Okay my mom's friend is friends with the Jonas family. He got backstage passes for me but I wasn't able to go. But I did get their autograph and I get to meet them. YAY!! I am sooo excited.
Most of the time, you can get meet & greet passes through your local top 40 radio station, and right now if you become a member of jonasbrothersfanclub.com you can enter to win them. Other than that, they do not give them out.

The last one I went to was for my little niece who wanted to meet Justin Beiber. The only problem is that you can only talk to him for only about 10-15 minutes.
