How do you get Neji on Naruto Shippuden legends akatsuki rising?

After You Complete the Scenario Mode, it will unlock " Akatsuki Mode " Complete " Akatsuki Mode " With Itachi and sasuke will be unlockedDUDE!!! That's the wrong question! Here's My answer.Okay, First of all just to set things straight, I haven't gotten it either. I have a theory though. In chapter 8 (scenario mode) There are three boxes in three rooms. Each one contains a skill scroll. Now, there is so far no way to guarantee Sasuke's Sharingan. I just kept trying all the time using different characters. I have also proven that the first box will always give you a scroll of the character you are using. The second have a ninety percent chance of having a different characters scroll. In other words, you should probably use sasuke a couple times on the first box, and just to make sure you didn't miss nothing, check the others too. then try a different character for the level. Try High level characters. Different ways of opening the box can change the result. But there is no way of predicting the contents.

Example: a Chidori could make a stream chidori and a chidori senbon could make a fire bomb jutsu.

I Am Improving This Dudes Answer! If You Use JUST Sasuke All The Three Boxes Will Give A Scroll For Sasuke! I Recently Have Tried This Oh And In Every Chapter There's Like A 1% Chance You'll Get Sharingan For Sasuke.

To get mangekyo sharingan you need to brake chest things till you get mangekyo sharigan lv 1 or w.e then you go to store equip it or combine with another scroll to level it
