You fist cut of the top of a big and ripe pepper, then you prepar some ground beef,shredded carrots, pasta sause and anything else you would like to add. After you stuffed the peppers put them it the oven until it is fully done. I recommend cooking the stuffing first then stuff the peppers and put the put it in da oven.
