Not everybody becomes prefect, only two people from every house and every year. Harry didn't become a prefect, because Dumbledore thought he had a little too much on his plate. It's beyond me why Ron got to be a prefect instead of Neville, seeing as Neville's like a strict rules guy like Percy. But, honestly, with Harry having to learn to defeat the Dark Lord, it's really hard for him to be a prefect too.
I THINK RON WAS GOING TO MAKE A GREAT PREFECT. SOMEONE WHO ISN'T ALWAYS STRICT OR A JERK IS GOOD TO HAVE AS AN AUTHORITY FIGURE.
Ron didn't actaully do anything as a prefect, it was always Hermione.
During James Potter's time at Hogwarts, he was quite a trouble maker despite being quite a gifted wizard. This is one of the reasons why he wasn't appointed as a prefect because he wouldn't have been a good example to younger students. During his final years though he turned himself around and began becoming a very respectable student. He stopped performing tricks and hexes on students and began to date Lily Evans at that time also. He had improved so much that he was even appointed as Head Boy despite not being appointed a prefect during his fifth year.
Prefects are leaders in their houses. They take on additional responsibilities to help the younger students and to help enforce the rules set by the school. The school faculty selects the students from the 5th years and those students continue into the 6th and 7th years.
She is his Head of House, and his Transfiguration professor.

The pronoun that takes the place of the noun phrase 'Harry Potter's owl' is it.Example: Harry Potter's owl was called Hedwig. It was a birthday gift from Hagrid.
Alice
Top marks in classes, and a good record (as few detentions as possible). Even if it was hardly true for James Potter.
In Harry Potter many traits make up a prefect. You should be strong in leadership, and maintain good grades. You also should have dignity, be proud to be a prefect (who knows? You might become Head Boy/Girl!)
Yes Hagrid tells Harry this in the book when he first tells him he is a wizard. James was not a prefect though. It has never been confirmed if Lily was the prefect but it is highly likely that she was.
First it was Percy Weasley, and later on it was Ron Weasley. We know from Mrs.Weasley that Bill and Charlie were also Gryffindor head boys. (I guess you mixed Head Boy with Prefect.)
A head girl would be the head prefect for the girls. There are prefects for each dormitory, but there is usually only one head girl and one head boy.
To become a good head prefect, focus on building strong relationships with your peers and leading by example. Communicate effectively, listen to others, and make decisions that are fair and just. Stay organized, be reliable, and strive to create a positive and inclusive school environment for everyone.
James Potter was on the good side, as in he didn't support Lord Voldemort. However, he was a arrogant bully throughout his years at Hogwarts and he repeatedly tormented people for no reason, part of the reason Lily Evans refused to date him. In his seventh year, he had matured enough to become Head Boy and Lily began to love him.
Your question doesn't make much sense. Did you mean "Who is James Potter?" James Potter is Harry Potter's father. Harry was also named after his father as his full names is Harry James Potter. James Potter was also one of The Marauders (as in the Marauder's Map - "Messrs. Moony (Remus Lupin), Padfoot (Sirius Black), Wormtail (Peter Pettigrew) and Prongs (James Potter)". James was also Seeker for The Gryffindor Quidditch team while he attended Hogwarts and became Head Boy during his seventh year. James later married Lily Evans and became the father of Harry Potter. He sacrificed himself by fighting against Voldemort (without a wand as well) to protect Lily and Harry from being killed.
No. Harry Potter didn't complete his seventh year at Hogwarts.
She went out with James Potter because he deflated his head and grew up . He's my favorite character so I did some research trying to figure out why Lily did go out with him. And in one of the books it talks about how James changed and matured ,he did all this partly for Lily. So I think she fell in love with him because the real and non-arrogant James Potter showed himself :)

Oh, dude, you mean "Prep Prefect Manifesto"? That's just a fancy way of saying a list of rules and guidelines for those in charge at a prep school. It's like a rulebook for the cool kids who get to boss everyone else around. So, if you want to be a prep prefect, just follow the rules and try not to let all that power go to your head.
