In Google theres one website called Befunky.com, that actually allows you to upload a photo of you.

Then changes it to a cartoon looking,version of your original picture and it also shows up on people's screans so it like totally famouse so yeh there you go your welcome.

If it is animated, that means it consists of many individual drawings, not one solitary picture. To copy one, solitary, single hand drawn picture, run it through a copy machine, or use a scanner and print the scanned picture out on a printer. Otherwise, you can't copy animation, unless it is sold on DVD and you illegally copy the DVD to make another one without paying for it.

ha ha so far none ive been an animator for years and the truth is complicated animation like the kind you see on tv takes alot of people to create it however if your patient and love to draw my advice for you is get a computer drawing tablet and this program Corel Art Dabbler <very user friendly and easy to under stand before this i used to make animation with a JVC Compact Camcorder wich shoots 1/4 of a second so 4 pictures equalled one sec of movement great for southpark style or robot chicken type of animation good luck hope this information helped you out
