She is not dead at this point. Sakura healed her injuries after she was stabbed. It is unlikely that any of the 8 will die. Kishimoto has said that he won't kill off any of the main (meaning "rookie") characters. Her confession is an interesting twist, though; it might force Naruto to either to tell her he doesn't feel that way (thus killing the Naruhina craze), or he will develop feelings for her and they'll go out eventually (killing all other pairings).

Tenten never dies as shown in manga and tv its likely that tenten likes neji but not so much for lee it does show that tenten likes neji because in shippuden neji grabs tentens butt and she gigles

Most likely she will not die in Naruto Shippuden. Since she is not a main character she will not die.

This has got to be one of the idiotic answers I've read in a while. NO, Tenten is not dead. It doesn't matter if she's one of the supporting main characters, there is that very slight chance that she could die, though, I highly doubt it.

AnswerCourse she doesn't die. She's pregnant, Asuma on the other hand does die. And then Shikamaru takes his kunai knife thingy and fights with those. I still can't believe she gets pregnant and then the father dies. Poor thing.
