Their relationship has never been confirmed, but based on the way they act with each other, it is highly possible. yea did you see the way they behave latley i don't know about you but i think they have some sort of connection

Rika and Ryo have a love and hate relation ship. He loves her and she hates his very core of being. while some things have suggested that they are together. it didn't happen until after the final episode of Digimon: Tamers. Ryo had left to take care of some things using the portal the original digidestined did in season 2. this however was called the digi-gate. he managed to be back by Rika's 19th birthday. dispite her hatred to parties, she had to be put through another totally useless birthday party. when Ryo showed up she nearly fainted after seeing him. simply put she fell to the ground, he caught her. to her dismay they started hanging out after that, and became closer and closer. then one day Ryo up and asks Rika something she never thought he would ask. it's pretty complicated as to how their relationship is blossoming today because, well. Rika is secretive and doesn't want people thinking she's gone soft. however there have been some instances when they have been caught kissing. Ryo is now 25 and head of a big company after the digimon returned he and cyberdramon started up a new branch of the digidestined with T.K. and Serophiemon. it's funded by the government to keep wild digimon from running amock while helping the newer teams overcome dangerous obsticles. he's working doing what he loves, with who he loves by his side. Rika is now around 23 or 24 i forget witch. but she actually follows Ryo around when he goes on the missions. stating flatly that he's not gonna have all the credit or the fun. i believe they've set to be married finally after going through all of this. I think the invitation said it would be.... June 24th of next year. i doubt I'll go. me and my digimon partners, black wargeymon, and shadow mettal garurumon. we preferr to watch from the cover of the darkness and shadows. plus we've got alot of training to do. anyway in closing here's the final word over this matter.
