Lelouch was in entangled in the Zero Requiem to be romantically involved with anyone, however just because this fact is true doesn't mean that he didnt feel anything as he was still human. there are going to be the Kallen fans who disagree with my next statement but i believe he loved C2 because he could relate more with her, and she was with him every step of the way. *Spoilers* Pending the biggest debate on the last scene of Code Geass, IF Lelouch really is alive, and that was him in front of the wagon, then this should strongly imply that Lelouch and C2 end up together, as Kallen is no where in the picture (not evening knowing he is alive) and Lelouch and C2 simply seem to be traveling together, this is all of course pending that he is alive. However even if he is not that this still suggests some feelings on C2s part, as she cried in the chapel when he was "killed". Also when she was defeated by Kallen in the final battle, Kallen asked her if she was in love with Lelouch, and instead of simply denying it, she answered i don't know, leaving strong suggestions that she is or was falling in love with Lelouch
