He doesn't hurt sakuno physically, but if you meant the 'date' episode - where he accidently upset sakuno, it's episode 20.
Ryoma and Sakuno have tons of close-to-sweet-but-not-quite moments in the anime. Anyway, here's what I remember: Episode 1 -- not really much of a RyoSaku, but if you put into account their newly established relationship, then I guess it's enough to pass it up as RyoSaku. Episode 2 -- it's so subtle, you have to squint! But here's the RyoSaku sweetness. Ryoma is horrible at remembering people, hence, he actually forgot about Sakuno when they met at Seigaku. In the last remaining scenes, it was shown that Nanjiroh was wondering where on earth was Ryoma, and what was taking him so long. Nanjiroh thought that maybe Ryoma was being stalled by a "girlfriend". The next scene showcases Ryoma suddenly remembering Sakuno (if you put it together, Ryoma remebered Sakuno after Nanjiroh wondered if he [Ryoma] had a girlfriend). Episode 9 -- Now THIS is probably the sweetest RyoSaku I've seen. It was at the end of the episode, when Sakuno was beat from searching for Ryoma (she wanted to congratulate him on making it to the Regulars). As she was walking home, she found Ryoma exiting the shop where the jerseys were made. She asked if she could see Ryoma clad in the jersey, but he refused, saying she was going to see him wear it the next day anyway. Sakuno's face fell and apologized. Ryoma looked at her, sighed, and wore the jersey (with a smile!), and said it fits perfectly. Sakuno, overjoyed, congratulated Ryoma, who was slightly taken aback. They walked home together afterwards. Episode 10 -- Dense Ryoma episode. This is when Ryoma beat the Sasabe father. At the end of the episode, it was shown that Ryoma was eating the home-made lunch Sakuno brought for him. He was looking at the other people playing tennis in the club, when she asked him how the food tasted. Ryoma, whose attention was obviously on the people playing below, said "Mada mada dane", which Sakuno greatly misunderstood. She took the o-bento from Ryoma just before he dug in and ran away. When Ryoma finally turned his attention to the food, he noticed it was gone, and stupidly wondered where it was. The freshmen trio all said he was greatly stupid and dense. Episode 20 -- This was when Ryoma and Sakuno went on a "date", to have Sakuno's racket restrung. Ryoma also brought his racket with him, but did not reveal the reason why. Later, when Sakuno was tying to make conversation, Ryoma stupidly asked why "Ryuzaki was being so talkative that day". Sakuno, offended, ran away from him. That's when Momo-sempai went out of his hiding spot and lectured Ryoma. Later, he (Ryoma) gave Sakuno a Ponta as compensation. At the end of the episode, the true purpose of why Ryoma brought a racket was revealed: it was to practice Ryuzaki's skills in tennis (how sweet!) There are more RyoSaku sweetness, but I can't quite remember the exact episodes. You can try Googling for more accurate details, or you could just watched the whole anime. Anyway, I really love the episodes when Ryoma becomes Sakuno's knight-in-shining-Regular-jersey, or when he only takes notice of her (despite the presence of Tomoka).
In Prince of Tennis the manga, Ryoma only "slightly" gets jealous over Sakuno. This is shown in Chapter 306- "The 2 Princes". In this chapter, after Sakuno brings Omusubi (riceballs) for the Seigaku regulars, Ryoma goes to the vending machine to buy Ponta. Sakuno follows him and asks him about her Omusubi, while 3 of the Seigaku regulars (Inui, Kikumaru and Momoshiro) are shown spying on them from the bushes. Sakuno then offers Ryoma some tennis ball shaped Omusubi, but a boy, who was sleeping in the tree above them, smells her Omusubi and falls out of the tree. He knocks the Omusubi from out of Sakuno's hands, as well as knocking Sakuno over in the process. But, he manages to save her Omusubi, as well as complimenting Sakuno's Omusubi along the way. (A one-page-spread picture then shows up with Sakuno sitting on the ground, the boy standing in front of her and Ryoma glaring at the boy.)
They're in middle school, Ryoma doesn't care much for anything that's not tennis, and it's an ongoing, longrunning, sports(not romance) series. It's unlikely.
the manga artist never clearly states who Ryoma likes, as far as i know. it seems like he is good friends with Sakuno and he seems to stare at Tezuka alot in an episode. Perhaps he likes momo, they spend alot of time together, but i dont think there are any concrete facts
maybe at the ova 14, when ryoma looks jealous over sakuno.

I'm not entirely sure, but Ryoma went out on a "date" (it is technically a date, on my defense!) with Sakuno on episode 20. He never went out in any form with her in the manga, which is quite depressing. The reason for their date was to restring Sakuno's racket. Ryoma also brought his (to the surprise of Sakuno), and she thought he was also going to have his restrung. At the end of the episode, it was shown that Ryoma brought his racket to practice Sakuno (young love, young love)LOL. I put so much info in it, because I'm really excited to answer this question! Spread RyoSaku love. LOL.

Echizen Ryoma's voice in the Tagalog dub is provided by Charmaine Cordoviz, who also voices Ryuzaki Sakuno, Ryoma's cat Karupin, and numerous other supporting and minor characters.
She's a first-year student at Seishun Academy that happens to be the granddaughter of the tennis coach. Sakuno's usually with Tomoka and getting flustered over Ryoma Echizen.

ryoma and sakuno do kiss in a manga I've never seen them kisses before in anime or New season manga
