Did Kakashi killed his best friend?
no he didnt, his friend was killed by a ninja (this is manga im talking about) and his friend gave him his sharingan eye (one eye was covered by the giant boulder that crushed half his body) for a birthday present. --- not birthday present but a gift for Kakashi becoming a Chunin and although Kakashi have mangekyo sharingan which you can only get if you kill someone close to you like a best friend or brother. it still unkown how Kakashi can use mangekyo sharingan.
In which episode does Sasuke get the mangekyou sharingan?
I think its when Sakura,Naruto and Sasuke were fighting Orochimaru. And in some frustated moment, Orochimaru quickly bites Sasukes that gave him the CURSE MARK aka MANGEKYO SHARINGAN. They didn't make the episode yet but he gets it and kills Itachi before Itachi pulls out his eyes, but first Itachi transfers all his jutsus he know then drops dead. At the end of episode 141, it shows Sasuke looking that the sun with his mangekyou sharingan.
Is there a real Uchiha?
No he is not. Kakashi is a member of the Hatake clan. His father name was Hatake Sakumo and his mothers is still unknown. The reason he has the Sharingan, the famous Kekkei Genkai of the Uchiha clan is because his dying comrade Uchiha Obito had his left eye transplanted into Kakashi ruined eye by Rin (another teammate) as a final gift to him (Kakashi) for his promotion into the rank of Jonin. Obito pushed Kakashi out of the way of a falling rock, and Obito's right side was crushed. As Obito did not give Kakashi a gift when Kakashi was promoted to Jōnin, Obito decided to give Kakashi his remaining Sharingan eye. Rin obeyed Obito's wishes, and transfered his Sharingan eye into Kakashi's injured eye. While the cave falls, Obito thinks about his teamates and how he never got a chance to tell Rin he loved her. Kakashi avenges Obito by killing Kakkō with a perfected Chidori.

The Byakugan is much better because the Sharingan was derived from the Byakugan. That means the Sharingan was CREATED from the Byakugan. Just because the Byakugan can see chakra points, and the Sharingan has heightened skills or abilities, the Byakugan is still better, without the Byakugan, there is no Sharingan.

How do I use Kakashi's sharingan in Naruto Shippuden Clash of Ninja Revolution 3?
You can use it after using the sharingan, by holding back and special. Then when your chakra is full again you simply use your special. He will stand still until your chakra is drained so make sure you have enough time to use it. Then no matter where your opponent is, Kakashi will send him into another dimension.
