On some websites it says that Crona was never directly given a gender and Medusa only said Crona was her child, but in the television series Medusa stated and I directly remembered her saying " Crona is my son. " I also remember when she said it and it was one of the episodes when Spirit, Stein, Maka, Soul, Black Star, Tsubaki, Death the Kid, Liz and Patty were on a pursuit to stop Medusa from freeing Asura from his bag of skin.
