Yes. In episode 21 "Mary Magdelene", Mary of Magdelene's spirit asks Chrono, "You're in love with Rosette Christopher, aren't you?" And he says, "Yes."

When does chrono kiss rosette?

Chrono & Rosette kiss in episodes 14 & 18.

Did chrono die in chrono crusade manga?

In the manga Chrono goes into his last fight with Aion, leaving Rosetto behind waiting for him to return. Rosetto knows that she doesn't have much more time left but strongly beliefs that Chrono will come back to her. In the epilogue Chrono comes to Rosetto during her last attack and the last picture is Chrono and Rosetto hugging, so a lot of people like to believe they went away together. Azumaria says that Rosetto dies, but they never show us any proof, like Rosetto's dead body or anything. So I'd like to say -No Chrono didn't die.

Are Aion and Chrono Related in Chrono Crusade?

no

Are the Chrono Crusade anime and manga the same?

Yes, both have their own endings. Some characters have different personalities or purposes. Both the manga and anime versions have horribly sad endings, but both are worth reading/watching. Anyways, the main point is: Yes, they DIFFER GREATLY. The anime follows the manga about halfway then changes it COMPLETELY. In the anime the Apostles awaken Mary inside of Rosette. Actually, no, Mary is inside of that Pocket Watch around Rosette's neck. The Apostles are used to awaken and bring Pandemonium to our world. Aion then wants to destroy it. Chrono gets his horns back in the end of the manga, but in the epilogue he is in his older human form; and he is missing an arm. He wasn't before the final showdown with Aion inside of Pandemonium. Father Remington is an angel in the anime, but he isn't one in the manga! It says he just has Legion (a devil's equivalent to cells) infused inside of his body. I think in volume 6 or 7 the Elder says about 30%. Also, Rosette doesn't die at 16, she dies at 24. She waits for Chrono to come back to her. Because right before he goes off to fight Aion by himself he kisses her and tells her he will come back to her. She has her last attack right when Chrono gets there with his missing arm. But technically it doesn't show her body and say she officially died, Azmaria just says she died. But the last few pages show Rosette and Chrono, so we don't know for sure. Most people like to think they left together. There is so much more that is left out, because hey, there is too much to write down. They were really different. Typically anime and manga differ greatly. Usually the manga will go further in depth into the story in contrast to the anime will crop out quite a bit for time purposes.
