I don't think he hates America, if he did he wouldn't live here. In all honesty, he's trying to help fix it up, supporting charities, helping rebuild New Orleans, and helping save the environment. He just doesn't like the way Americans are, how everyone focuses on celebrities ans Hollywood. I agree with him in that aspect.
