Does Sasuke care about Naruto and Sakura in Naruto Shippuden?

the massacre was orders of konoha. itachi didn't kill sasuke, not because of leaving him on a whim, not because sparing his life, and not because he thought sasuke was too weak.

Itachi couldn't kill his little brother. he didn't have the guts to kill him. itachi cared about Sasuke above all. at first itachi begged the council to at least let his primary family remain. (Mikoto, fugaku and Sasuke) they said no, so he begged to at least leave sasuke

Itachi's Goal

After the Uchiha Massacre and leaving Konoha, Itachi, instead of using the tailed beasts for his own self-interest, continued to protect the village by joining Akatsuki and keeping an eye on them, especially Sasuke, from the outside. During his time in the group, Itachi would delay his own attempts to capture the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox, indirectly leaked information about the organization to Konoha, and attempted to kill Madara through Sasuke. Before his death, Itachi gave Naruto some of his "power," telling him to continue protecting Konoha and Sasuke, should the event occur that Sasuke would plan for their village's destruction. The "power" that Itachi gave to Naruto remains unknown. so yeah he dores care for sasuke.

Well no one can give you the right answer but in my opinion he did care for her. The author of Naruto: Masashi Kishimoto, said in an interview that Sakura is something very important to Sasuke he just doesn't know it because he's too caught up in revenge.

Of course he does. Pain (not the Akatsuki leader) is driven him insane so he only thinks of revenge. He loves naruto and sakura but he has more important things to care about. Like would you rather care for you sibling for they did the right of way or would you care for your friends?

It's like saying save your friends or save your family

for me as an avid fan of Naruto Shippuden Sasuke loves Sakura and Naruto so much that he came into the decison of leaving the Konoha and his friends and teams to sought for his older brother who slaved their family. he took his journey to find his brother and fought for a revenge and to be able to do that he ignite with Orochimaru to gain more powers to be able to defeat his brother but latter part Orochimaru's intenttion was to used Sasukes body for him to live his aging body. but as the journey's continued still the love for his friends remains in Sasuke heart because they were childhood friends eventhough he pay union with Orochimaru Sasuke loves his friends that's he dicides to conquer his brother alone

then why did he say he wants to crush konoha?

He had the chance too, he didn't, so I guess not. In fact I don't recall Itachi trying to cause any harm to Naruto at all. O.o Too late anyways. Itachi's dead.
