Seeing as he may stay indoors quite a bit (since he sleeps all day it says in his new song, which would lack his vitamin D levels), most likely was fed baby formula (which the cows milk would introduce new proteins that the body's immune system would be unable to handle at such a young age), while he most certainly has hit the threshold of weight (or BMI) that would cause the trigger of Diabetes AND he most likely caudled his immune system which would increase the likelihood of catching a virus which may lead to diabetes (the above are all being researched at this point in time to be linked to diabetes) we would have to say he either definitely has it, or is the the pre-stages.

Source: It all adds up after reading my university textbook on the relationship of diabetes and the theories that have been developed ( which are now being tested on their validity) within the last 10 years.
