Demi was just a little girl when her eye doctor told her she'd have to wear glasses. As she put her first set of frames on her face, she didn't feel beautiful. "I used to wear glasses all the time and I hated them," Demi shares only with Lauren. "I was going through my awkward phase with bushy eyebrows, a huge gap and glasses!"

After awhile, Demi just couldn't fight her insecurity anymore, so she asked her mom if she could wear contacts instead. "The day I threw my glasses away was like the best day ever -- I tossed them in the trash can!" Demi spills to me.

But as Demi grew into her teen years, she realized that contacts didn't have to be her only option -- glasses could be cool, too! "I was self-conscious about wearing glasses then, but now I know it doesn't really make a difference," she tells Lauren. "I want to wear glasses all the time now! I always wear them when I don't have makeup on because it's a low-key look." Demi's vision might not be perfect, but her attitude sure is!

of camera maybe not but lately on camera, YES! If you'v seen the last sonny with a chance series then with her highlights her makeup is pilled on! I liked her better with less makeup- in one episode she looked orange almost:L:L
