He has an older half sister, which lives in Belarus with another mother. She comes to visit him now and then, for example now when the Eurovision Song Contest was in Oslo. But he's the only son of his mother, and he doesn't live with his half sister, so he thinks of himself as an only child. However, his father is very fond of his daughter as well, but I think Alexander doesn't care because he's a mommy's boy... :P
