Bella getting bitten and Edward having to taste her blood to get the venom out. Edward doesn't want Bella to be involed with vampires and hates to see her hurt.
Vampires are made of granite as Stephenie somewhat inderectly says in her book. But how they are made (if that's what you're asking) is this: A vampire bites a human and their venom spreads through the bloodstream creating a fiery and excruciating pain. It takes three days for the venom to do it's job and the newborn (a vampire that has just been created) is now through the pain and ready to hunt. The newborn's human blood remains in their tissues and makes the newborn's eyes a deep crimson red. Newborns are always stronger, and faster than vampires that have existed a long amount of time. Vampires are not living. They are immortal, and are very hard to kill.
That dumb thing called "Twilight", they totally ruined vampires. They turned scary vampires to gay vampires.
Anti-Venom is more durable because it doesn't have the same weaknesses to sound and heat that Venom has. That being said, Anti-Venom is created from the cells of the original Venom symbiote, so it is safe to assume he is of relatively similar strength. Anti-Venom has no consciousness, unlike venom. Anyone/thing that hosts venom also has to deal with Venom's consciousness, unlike A-V, which is under complete control of the host. Added, Anti-Venom can completely control his symbiotic flesh, and create sharp and blunt weapons out of his own tissue, even web so he can move like spider man. Venom does not have this, he can use his tissue as web, specifically. However, Venom has much more skill and experience, as he has been alive and fighting much longer than Anti Venom. So genetically, Anti Venom is superior, but experience-wise, Venom is superior.
Venom is stronger and faster but Batman is smarter but Venom would kill Batman by his webs.
