Do Sasuke and Sakura end up together in Naruto?

So far, Sasuke has NOT expressed love for Sakura in the anime or the manga. It is questionable whether he will or will not. At this point, if he does, it will probably an expression of platonic love.

If the question pertains to the episode in which Sasuke expresses his gratitude for her friendship and leaves Konoha, that would be episode 109.

Judging from that episode and the corresponding chapter, there is certainly no question that Sasuke at least cared about Sakura as a friend throughout part I. In part II he claims to have severed all ties to his past. Given that he intended to destroy all of Konoha with his former teammates included (based on what he told Madara when the other members of Taka were not present), it seems that he no longer cares for Sakura in any way at all and so it is doubtful that he will ever express anything akin to love for her. However, notice that that does not mean that it definitely will not happen.

In recent chapters Sakura has decided to prove to Naruto that Sasuke is not as big of a deal to her as he used to be by going off to search for him, so that she can kill him with her own hands (and with the help of the other 9 main teenaged characters). She sees him now as less of a friend, and more like a huge threat to not only Konoha's safety, but the safety of the entire shinobi world.

Sasuke has also shown signs of giving up on his ambition to restore and rebuild his clan, for he sees now that Itachi was the only truly good person to come out of it. And his whole reason for revenge at this point is to avenge his older brother.

In that chapter where Sai tells Naruto that Sakura is going to try and kill Sasuke herself, it has nothing to do with her seeing him less than a friend; it has everything to do with the fact that she loves him too much to see him fall into the darkness even more, that is stated in the manga itself after Naruto starts yelling about how and why on earth she could kill someone that she loves so much.

When Sakura eventually get to Sasuke, she tells him she wants to join him. He asks her to prove it by killing Karin, who was injured (by Sasuke) in the battle between Sasuke and Danzo. When she is about to, Sasuke almost kills Sakura with a Chidori. He would have done it, but Kakshi came and saved Sakura in the last second.

It is highly doubtful that they will ever end up together. Sasuke never saw Sakura in that way even before he became a rogue ninja. It is more like she is a family memeber who he must protect when in danger which is the same kind of affection he showed Naruto when Naruto was in danger. Now Sasuke has severed all those ties, tried to kill Naruto on several instances where they crossed paths, and even tried to kill Sakura after ordering her to kill Karin whom he injured.

Spoiler: Karin comes back alive and Sasuke gets into a relationship with her so Sakura and Sasuke equals no relationship, not! Karin gives up on Sasuke when he pierces her in order to kill Danzo. then becomes imprisoned in Konoha's prison :D

I'm sorry, but the relationship that most people see between Sasuke and Sakura is false. If you've followed the manga, you'll notice that Sakura, at least by Shippuden, doesn't show signs of being infatuated with Sasuke any longer. In fact, she seems to start to have feelings for Naruto. Even if she still loved Sasuke, there would be no chance of them ever doing such things as listed in the answer above. Sasuke has no intention, or at least doesn't show any, of returning to Konoha. Unless Sakura leaves her friends and family behind, leaving her childhood, she won't even be near Sasuke without another Leaf nin. So, if she even wanted to have sex with him, she'd have to do it in front of someone else. Please understand that, although people have their fantasies, Sasuke does not express any emotion towards Sakura, except for respect as a friend and former teammate. It is highly unlikely that such things would happen between them.

uuumm i would kindly like to say that that's. BullshittSakura does have feelings for Sasuke even after he leaves (she shows it very often because she would say his name many times in her head) And the only reason she told naruto that she loves him is because she was tryn to make him give up on the promise that she begged him to keep because everyone was putting all the pressure on him and that's why Sai told Naruto that she was lying.And recently I've learned that in one of the Shippuden Movies Sasuke kisses Sakura and tells her that he will be back soon ( im nott sure tho id love id love if that would happen naruto would be my favorite Anime)but yes they will end up together <3

No, Kakashi was Sakura's teacher. It was pretty clear all the way through the series that he did have a special attachment to Sakura and Naruto, but not in a romantic way. It seemed like his feelings were almost parental.

According to the interview in 2010 Kishimoto said that he likes the couple SasuSaku couples and that he didn't like NaruSaku or NaruHita!!
