I don't think they ever do. There was that time where Naruto uses a justu to turn in to Saskue and try to kiss Sakura, but he had diarrhea right when they were about to kiss and had to run off to the restroom. But that was Naruto and not Saskue. I don't think Naruto ever kisses Sakura either. Despite the episode or chapter where Sakura says she loves Naruto, that was only to stop him from chasing Saskue and getting hurt. Sakura always loved Saskue. You are talking about the Naruto manga/anime series, right?

She always put Naruto down like everyone else including Sasuke so she never cared if Naruto liked her cause she always to busy chasing Sasuke. But as time went by she gained more and more feelings for Naruto. She obviously chose Naruto over Sasuke's life and even if she lied about her feelings for Sasuke being that she loves him if she chosen Naruto over Sasuke she must have feelings for Naruto greater then the feelings for Sasuke. that is episode 109 and sakura did a terrible job doing that.she thought that she could talk sasuke on staying at the leaf village.but she mostly talked about her feelings for him and how she could make him happy.when sakura is finished talking,sasuke says," after all this time you are still annoying.(hint episode 3)then he starts to walk away and sakura says if you leave i will scream.which makes sasuke disappear behind her and says thank you, and then knocks her out.he puts her on the bench and leaves.that is the main part of episode 109. this episode we make you cry if you watch it in English.
