I saw the episode where Nicole was promoted. Ronnie said that there would now be 3 directors on the floor. That would be Nicole, Joan and Elise. It's most likely that Elise still works at Kleinfeld but isn't part of the show anymore. After all, there are about 20 consultants working there but only a handful of them appear on camera.
