Why does the volturi want to kill renesmee?
Rosalie describes her seeming hatrid to Bella in Eclipse. Rosalie's life, as a human, was quite extravagant. She was rich, and engaged to a 'prince' of sorts. She was walking home, and saw him and his friends, drunk and smoking on the corner of the street. They beat her, and she was lying in the street for hours, bleeding to death. Then Carlisle saw her, and changed her. In Eclipse, she tells Bella that story, and the fact that her friend had a perfect life: loving husband and children. Since Rosalie became a vampire, she could not have children and didn't have a choice in that matter, whereas Bella does have a choice, and she is giving up any possibility of a good human life. Rosalie doesn't hate Bella herself, she just is not happy with her decision, and is jealous in a way.

What does Bella hate in New Moon?
In New Moon, after Edward had left, Bella and Jacob start hanging out. But then, Jacob doesn't answer Bella's phone calls or hang out with her anymore. Bella starts to get upset and doesn't understand what is happening. Later on, Jacob tells Bella to think about what he said when they met (in Twilight) on the beach. Bella thinks back to that day, and remembers that he was talking about Quilete and werewolf things. Before she realizes that, she blames Sam Uley and his 'gang', and so she hates them for a while. But, once she knows, they are able to hang out again and be the best friends that they wanted to be.
