Harry saved Draco's life during the battle at Hogwarts. Later in the epilogue there is a brief recognition between Harry and Draco. It does not appear that they are friends, but they do seem to have a mutual respect for each other.

"Malfoy caught sight of Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny staring at him, nodded curtly, and turned around again."

∙ 14y agoNo, they do not, although at the end, when it is set a few years later, whilst seeing his children off on the train, Harry sees Draco, and they acknowledge each other. It seems that they have matured and can be civil towards each other, without getting their wands out and physically fighting.
