Yes. Bruce Day who replaced Bud Cockrell on bass with Pablo Cruise in 1977, died June 30, 1999 of 'unknown causes' at age 48. Cockrell died, aged 59 in 2010 of complications from Diabetes. Hopefully they found their Place in the Sun.
