Can Trimovate be used on the face?

I have been using Trimovate cream for years to treat seborrhea dermatitis on my face , but only very sparingly and for short periods, It contains some steroid and could apparently sometimes or over time do more harm than good.

For me so far so good but I am still a bit worried when I use it, I prefer to try some natural products but sometimes when I have a big flare up I just have to use it.
