Unfortunately, yes he does get killed by Pein, but when Naruto meets Nagato, he brings everyone he killed in the war against Konoha back to life with a special Jutsu. using Outer Path one of his pain he uses this technique Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique to bring back the souls he killed.

No, Kakashi uses a new Mangekeyo sharingan and destroys the nail and a rocket that another pain sends at Chouji, but pain does kill 5 other jonin and and Chouji's dad.

Well he does after he fought pain.but when naruto fought pain naruto defeated pain and naruto asked pain to revive everybody he killed from the hidden leaf village even at the cost of his own life

ya Sadly i think he does,which as a long time Kakashi fan i think is NOT fair since guy doesnt die :( it actually isn't 100% sure because no one says he dies they just give sad faces

Naruto defeats pain, and when pain dies, he releases a jutsu that brings all the dead people back to life, including Kakashi.
