How do you tell if a cast is too tight?

if it is on your arm then circulation i your arm is being cut off or if it is on your leg then the circulation in your foot is being cut off. If the hand or leg is unexposed then if you loose feeling in the body part or if some fingers/toes are visible then they turn purple

How do you do the moccaraina?

First, you stick your arms out with your palms facing down. Then turn the hands ONE AT A TIME so that the palms are facing up. Then take your right arm and pivot it so that it touches your LEFT shoulder then repeat that with the left arm so that it touches your RIGHT arm. Then on the next part all you have to do is bring your arms down one at a time so that your right arm that's on your left shoulder will touch your left hip and your left arm that's on your right shoulder will touch your right hip. Then basically just switch your arms so that your right arm is touching your right hip and your left arm is touching your left hip. That is pretty much the end but you can put your own twist in on the end when your right arm touches your right hip and so forth. You could move your hips around or do whatever you want at the end. That is the Macarana! CRITICAL!!!!!! READ THIS!!!! -------> Do every single step ONCE AT A TIME! EVEN THE FIRST ONE. EVERY MOVE IS ONE AT A TIME.
