Ghouls are a mythical creature from Arabic mythology - said to enter the grave and devour the body. The star Algol is named after this creature. Their properties have evolved since their first inception. They are considered to be grotesque, noctural scanvengers sometimes running in pack, and not above attacking children or smaller live-stock. Mostly humanoid but gross of arm and leg, perpetually hunch with large teeth and eyes.
