It depends on where you want to be seated in the arena. The further from the ring you are, usually the cheaper the seats are. Floor seats are always pricey but for good reason. Tickets located in the stands often start at $15 dollars but for a good view, look at paying anywhere from $40-60 dollars.

It depends on what your definition of a good seat is. In the days of the Globe Theatre, the floor seats closest to the stage were the cheapest seats. The further one sat in the Globe, the more expensive the seats as opposed to today where the close seats are more expensive. In order to get a far away "good" seat, one usually had to be a member of the aristocracy.
I do believe so. If I recall the 2004 Sienna already has fold in floor seats. No, I believe that Toyota is saving that underflow space for equipment associated with the expected hybrid drive sienna. The second row seats do not fold into the floor only the third row seats. Underneath the second row seats is the spare tire.
Floor seats are those on the main floor. The are going to be the ones closest to the stage. General admission seating means that there are no assigned seats, that you get a ticket to enter the venue and you go to what ever seat you want. Few concerts do that any more as it has led to many injuries and even deaths as people trample each other trying to get to the best seats.
