You don't die. Don't you remember we were told if hiking in the woods and you aren't sure about the water to put a drop in a quart to purify it before drinking it. Iodine kills viruses. Even a drop in a cup of warm water will kill a flue virus. I wouldn't make it any stronger. It also works as a good nasal irrigation.
