An accident. And that accident was you.
Is their a reason for such a long period? You are most likely past legal statues at this point.
In many states you have up two years to submit a claim for accidents. But statues of limitation vary from state to state.
That depends on how many years ago your talking about. States do have statute limitations on the amount of time you are allowed to file a claim. Also if you already had a claim years ago when the accident occured and you already received a settlement, then you likely will have no recourse because you will already have settled that original claim. Once you settle the claim. It's over, you can't go back later and try to re-settle it again.
i was in a car accident and went back to work but i continued to see a dr for my pain. i filed for social security disability and was approved over 2 years after my accident.
Probably, if you were insured 2 years ago.
What do you mean they missed? If it is a chargeable accident then I would think yes, but to be sure I would contact your states dept of insurance.
Yes
Type your answer here... my husband passed 4 years ago can i claim ppi from him
You need to read your policy and see what it says about the statute of limitations for filing this type of claim. I can't see any reason for you to have waited such a long time to file the claim and doubt that you will have any success in getting the claim processed. One thing is that you have to make sure that you find the insurance company that had your coverage at the time of the incident.
Yes, in fact the first machine which can claim to be a bicycle was made in 1817 - nearly 200 years ago.
She was badly injured in a car accident a few years ago.
