A car will stop pulling if you transmission blows a line, torque converter going bad, clutch bad. It will also stop pull if the axlses broke you should hear poping noise while in gear, if drive shaft broke or off, or if the rear end is stripped out. I have had this happen to 2 of my vehicles the emergence brake stuck on that was bad. I believe that's it hope this helped.
