The transmission fluid in that car is permanent, the dealership has a special tool to access it in case of fluid loss.

Antifreeze/Coolant is a fluid that prevents the car from overheating or becoming so cold that it won't start. Without it, in the summer, your car would run too hot, and in the winter, your car wouldn't run at all.
Most likely it is coolant getting to hot and boiling over, car is most likely overheating. Check for fluid under car, and temperature gauge.
