Most common problems that causes this in order:

  1. Plugged inside house air filter
  2. Plugged or blocked return or outlet ducts
  3. Plugged or dirty condenser unit (outside of house)
  4. Plugged condensation drain on central unit inside house
  5. Allowing outside air into house, open windows, doors etc.
  6. Mechanical or electrical problem with unit

Check in order before calling a repair guy.
