What is the tall blue car in cars?

The only tall blue car in the animated film 'Cars' is Guido, an Italian Isetta fork-lift truck who speaks very little English and is made fun of by some of the other characters. Other than this, all of the blue characters in the film are low-riders. These include Sherriff, who is a 1949 Mercury police car, and Augustus, who is a Pontiac Lemans- a British Reliant Rebal 3-wheeler also makes an appearance, but I'm unsure of the the character's name.

There is a VW Kombi microbus character called Fillmore, a hippie who runs an organic fuel station, although he is more turqiouse than blue.
