Some trucks are used to refuel equipment in the field where there is no refueling station. They have tanks in the back with a 12 volt pump. It is similar to a gas station hose.
It looks like they're just called pickup trucks. The word "lorry" seems to be reserved for commercial trucks.
Ford is a good place for cheep pickup trucks that are durable and at a good price. Some trucks maybe used but are still in good condition and looks just as new.
