This is tough. Ultimately, you're responsible/liable for whoever drives your car. I am 100% that your insurance will some how be involved in this, however, chances are that they (your ins. co.) will deny the claim, because the other driver committed a crime, hit and run. If this happens, you may end up being sued for all damages.
