look out for people walking across the street while you are driving.
You are distracted from the road, and you can cause a fatal accident, hit a pedestrian, or kill yourself. If you need to answer your phone, have someone else do it for you, or pull over to keep yourself and everyone safe.
My friend's mom's car had an accident while driving.
while driving when you smoke you feel some drowsiness and your concentration from driving is lift up. and their is a chance of accident
You are still at fault, no matter what.
an accident
Yes, and this pretty much always happens in such a situation. While the owner was not driving and may not have been anywhere near the accident, a theory of the action against the owner is that he/she should reasonably have know not to allow the driver to take the car.
You will probably receive a citation for driving while suspended. If you were not at fault for the accident, the other party involved should have insurance that will cover your loss or damage that resulted in the accident. It is a good thing that you were not at fault in this accident.
You will be, of course. You were driving and are fully responsible for anything that the vehicle does.
You may not be covered if there is an accident. For instance; you signed up for a policy while working a 9-5 job and the driving is 40 miles both ways. Later on, you get a paper route and are driving much more, but fail to tell your insurer about this and you get into an accident while delivering papers. Your insurance may not cover you because you failed to notify them of changes.
Texting while driving, calling, not paying attention, etc.
You can get killed in a car accident or get arrested.
