There are two reasons for a stripped lug nut:
Installed incorrectly, threaded on at an angle.
Overtightened, generally by some one with an air impact and not torquing to value.
five on five from lugnut to lugnut.
Over tightening the drain plug.

Headgaskets or Stripped Head Bolts
Most wheel stores and dealerships have a set of sockets that have spiral grooves inside that grap the outside of the locking nut to remove it. I have aset that I bought at a parts store some years ago and they work well, though its sometimes tough to get the lugnut back out of the socket once its off.
Potential causes of stripped crank threads include over-tightening, cross-threading, or using the wrong tools. Solutions may involve using a thread repair kit, replacing the crank, or seeking professional help from a bike mechanic.
unscrew them like a lugnut
If it has a locking lug nut on the wheels you will need a special key for that lugnut, and if it's a factory lock lugnut look all around in the trunk as the tool might be in there someplace.
Not aligning the threads up correctly and forcing the lug nut onto the wheel stud will strip the lug nut.
