Car battery might be very cold in cold weathers and it will have hard time starting or maybe you have a big truck with small battery you need enough cranking amps to get car started specially if its cold out you might want extra. Also maybe you changed the fuel filters and you need to prime system you can message me the type of car you have and i will tell you how to prime it if that's the issue. Other then that its you car battery, check the charge on it and pop the lids that contain the lead car battery acid make sure there is acid topped off inside if not you can get some from any automotive store. Napa schucks pep boys ect.
