The torque specs. are 45 Ft- lbs. If its a 1991 engine its 20 FT-lbs first then turn each nut additional 60-degrees.
I would start at 20 ft lbs on alum. 25 on cast.

the specs on the cylinder and the head is between 18 and 20 lbs
The best way to get the torque specs is by purchasing a Haynes manual. They can be picked up for 10 to 20 dollars, and they have all the specs for bolt torque for the entire fastening system on the vehicle, as well as volumes for oils etc.
