I used to tie sponges to my children when they one or two and wash cars that way. The kids loved it - so I would say that young. To be able to do it yourself would depend on how tall you are. For legal and commercial reasons if it is a business it is 14 or 15 years old.

Well, honey, you can wash a car at any age if you can reach the hose and hold a sponge. But if you're talking about working at a car wash, most places require you to be at least 16 years old to work there legally. So, get scrubbing or start job hunting, whichever floats your boat!

Well, isn't that a lovely question! There's no specific age requirement to work at a car wash, but you typically need to be at least 16 years old due to labor laws. Remember, any age can enjoy the beauty of a clean car, whether they're washing it or just admiring the shine!
