If your policy has coverage for accidental water discharge, the resulting damage would be covered but only after the owner has repaired the damaged pipe. If your pipe busted as the result of a covered peril such as fire, wind hail etc (see your schedule of covered perils) then the pipe itself would also be covered.
It depends on what type of insurance policy you have. Just call your insurance agent and ask.
it depends on where it is busted at.
If it is a plumbing pipe, it probably will. The water line from the meter to the house is the owner responsibility. If it is part of a lawn sprinkler system, it may not be covered.
Damage done by the leak will be covered. The pipe itself (along with any thing they need to tear out and replace to get to it) is not.
If it is at the surface of the foundation, chip away enough of the cement to expose enough of the pipe to work with. An inch or so. If it is somewhere else in or under the foundation, you bust out the foundation and repair it or run a new line above the floor.

It really just depends on the type of policy you bought and what is the cause of the damage to the drain pipe. If it broke from freezing or another covered peril it's probably covered. Most homeowners Insurance Policies will not cover foundation damage nor pipes embedded in in or below a slab foundation unless the damage is the result of a covered peril. There are endorsements that some companies offer to provide coverage for foundation or ground movement as well.
You will have to go to court an explain to the judge why you got caught AGAIN. The judge can put you under house arrest or put you in probation.
No
it covers both
I think, only a guess that the pipe under the house and possible even those inside are not covered. The damage they cause probably is, but not the pipe itself. Ask your agent.
