It really just depends on the type of policy you bought and what is the cause of the damage to the drain pipe. If it broke from freezing or another covered peril it's probably covered.

Most homeowners Insurance Policies will not cover foundation damage nor pipes embedded in in or below a slab foundation unless the damage is the result of a covered peril.

There are endorsements that some companies offer to provide coverage for foundation or ground movement as well.
