∙ 16y agoOf course the party that is deemed 'At Fault' will owe for the damages to the innocent party, or perhaps some comparative on each. The insurance companys will sort this all out in their investigation. Too many things go into this that you were unable to provide, (ie where is the damage on each vehicle, who had 'control' of the ''road'' etc)...

Based on your description the car that backed into the other car should pay for the damages. You can't get a ticket for backing into someone's car unless they were either drunk or had no license, both instances in which police should be summoned.
any vehicle leaving private property and entering a public road ,is at fault. all vehicles leaving private property MUST yield to vehicles on a public road
The property of inertia causes a wagon to continue rolling when you stop pulling it. Inertia is the tendency of an object to resist changes in its state of motion, so the wagon will keep moving forward until an external force, like friction or another object blocking its path, stops it.
The term 'pulling out' means to move off from a stopped position and join the flow of traffic. This would generally mean moving forward.
Thrust is a pushing force. It is the force that propels an object forward in the direction it is moving.
Damages that happen as a result from pulling you car from a ditch or from an accident are not the "fault" of the towing company, after the car is loaded any damages are the "fault" of the towing company so it depends on when the damage occured.
The property that causes a wagon to continue rolling after you stop pulling it is inertia. Inertia is the tendency of an object to resist changes in its state of motion, so once you stop applying force to the wagon, it will keep moving forward due to its inertia.
There should be a hand piece on the sunroof. By pulling the handle and pulling forward this will close the sunroof.
thrust is the force pushing the plane forward (or pulling in some cases)
Inflamation if it is not a sprain.
Yes, pulling a wagon involves contact force. The force exerted by the person pulling the wagon is transmitted through the wagon's wheels to the ground, generating friction that helps propel the wagon forward.
