I'm not sure if it the same in all States, but in Ohio a reckless driving conviction carries a total of 6 points being placed on your license, (as do all major misdemeanor traffic violations in the State.)
I was cited for speeding in Virginia. I live in Ohio. Will the points be reflected on my ohio driving record?
Ohio has no statutory limit on what it defines as reckless operation. The time of day, traffic, location (rural, business, residential), weather, and other violations are all considered in determining if the driving is reckless; not just speed alone!
the amount of time points stay on a driver's record is not codifies, but rather the three year time limit for points is an administrative decision of the Ohio BMV.
The penalty for reckless driving in Ohio is $150.00, no jail time. However, you can lose your license depending on frequency and severity.
Ohio keeps points gained through traffic violation on your record for two years. Within those two years, your license is suspended if you get 12 points starting with the date of the first convictions.
Forever. Most insurance companies only access records for last three years, and points do fall off driving record after two year. But the DUI conviction is never "removed" from a driver's record in Ohio
Possibly if other points are on record and you have a judge that is having a bad day.
i heard it was taken by jeff burnside, and it had 46 points. is this right?
Ohio State University has a long and rich tradition in men's basketball. Many great players have played for the Buckeyes but Gary Bradds holds the record for the most points scored in a game-- 49 on February 10, 1964.

Yes it will. The points system is affected nationwide and thus, regardless of where you go, unless the jurisdiction prevents out-of-state points to affect the driver's license (which Kentucky does not), it will affect your driving record as well as your insurance points.
